Love them! Although I had used them occasionally before lockdown, they came into their own during and after it. They have such a diverse range of goods and have always had what I wanted at a fair price. Also, they provide great customer service. They are now my DIY bits and bobs of choice.

Wades has the most varied stock of any independent shop I know. If there is something they don’t have they will try their best to get it for you. When the Town was in lockdown they delivered free to your door even if you only wanted a bag of screws. Over the years I have made many purchases from Wades, including washing machine, TV, fridge, Dyson vacuum cleaner and various hardware items.
