Rental – What It Is and Why It Could Be a Good Option for You!!!

Rental is great for those of you that wish to keep up with all the latest technology or if you just like a set amount to be going out your bank weekly rather than a large lump sum.

But why rent?

A lot of people think that renting is an old term that is no longer relevant. However, if you think about mobile phones, most people have one, and though some may choose to buy them outright, many people decide to take out an 18+ month contract.

Why is this?

Well, people like to have the latest mobile phone and as technology changes so quickly it is an effortless way to keep up to date without breaking the bank!

TVs are the same, lots of people would like a bigger, better TV, but the initial cost gets in the way. However, if you rent a TV, it becomes affordable and allows you to keep up to date by giving you the option to upgrade when out of contract.

 

Our Top Reasons to Rent:

  1. Renewing – Once you have paid off the appliance at the end of the contract you can decide if you would like to keep it or if you would like to upgrade and start a new rental agreement. This allows you to keep up with the ever-developing technology.
  2. Repairs – Another amazing factor when it comes to rentals is if the appliance becomes faulty within the rental period it will be up to us, Wades, to get it fixed and loan you an alternative in its absence. If the appliance cannot be fixed, then we will have to replace it. As a result of this you are not left having to pay for repairs and will not have the headache of sorting out a faulty appliance.
  3. Price – going down the rental route allows you the option to purchase a more expensive appliance than you would be able to if you were buying it outright. As with renting you are able to split the cost over the rental period. For example: buying a 9kg washing machine outright could cost you £529.99 yet over an 18 month rental agreement it would only cost you £7.29 a week. For many it is a much more manageable amount to see leave the bank account weekly rather than the outright chunk of £529.99. Having a more expensive appliance usually means it is more energy efficient as manufacturers add on programmes to increase their efficiency, such as eco wash cycles in washing machines. These use less water and lower temperatures meaning the amount of energy used to heat the water is reduced increasing energy efficiency. In return reducing how much it costs to run and maintain and as a result saves you money on your household bills.
